Thank merciful Odin for our competent, intelligent fire chiefs ! Without them , watching Mr Morrison at the fire fighting coordination centre in Wauchope would ignite national hysteria. The cut of Mr Morrison's jib becomes clearly visible when he is surrounded by people who are capable professionals . I urge anybody who is reading this to google the post . As the full extent and horror of the bushfires is explained , our Prime Minister appears to smirk , like a schoolboy being told that the teacher's staff room had flooded during a storm . And worse still , he stands for several minutes , before a wall map , perusing it with the puzzled expression of a duck looking at the wiring diagram of a Boeing 747. My apologies if you find it too upsetting .
