Reference :- A terrible tragedy has occurred at Bondi Beach .

Reference :-  There are many reasons to be saddened and appalled by the horrific attack at Bondi Beach,  just as there are many reasons to be saddened when we see folk on other beaches in countries far away being slaughtered .

Mr Netanyahu did not waste his time by first offering his sympathy to all Australians  , but instead was swift with his condemnation of our Prime Minister .  Apparently he had warned Mr Albanese that recognising a Palestinian state would lead to an attack on Australian Jews . If this is true , there are more than 150 other countries in the world that also support the right of Palestinians to live in a state of their own .   Let us hope that those countries do not experience similar attacks on their Jewish communities .

Here at the Sky Reply , we have been discussing the fall out from this shocking event  . Who else , apart from the traumatised families , will suffer from the fallout ?   Of course , that depends on the maturity of our personal responses , and the professionalism our leaders, politicians , social influencers , lobbyists and mass media .   This tragedy needs to be addressed with sensitivity , rationally and calmly , and not with unrestrained anger or overreaction . It is well known that the best strategy for causing somebody to act foolishly and self-destructively is to make them angry .  Anger could allow the tragedy to become politicised , and lead to the passing of poorly drafted legislation .  It might encourage the attribution of unfair blame.

Who will suffer should this happen ?  Everybody at the Sky Reply gave their opinion .

 Ken Junior  ....  " All of us " .

 Monte ...........   "All of us " .

Ken senior........" All of us " .

Gabbo .............. " All of us . Regardless of religion or race or colour or creed " .

For once the four of us are in agreement about something .
